Dec 5th 1925 was the 100th anniversary of the first Speedway meeting at the 5/6 mile banked concrete track at Maroubra, Sydney, Australia. Ted King raced his rajo there after quick repairs were carried out after his crash at Newcastle Speedway weeks before. It was a mad rush to put the car together over 7 weeks (without body) as best as I could ready for poster presentation at the centenary on the 6th Dec 2025, 100 years later.
Ted won 3rd place in the final of the 5 lap unlimited handicap race at this first meeting. These are the photographs used for the event.

Re: Ted King Rajo Racer 1925 and 2025
I am still looking for at least 2 of these unique wire wheels for the car or just the centres. The centre is the same both sides of the wheel so it can be mounted on either side. Fits a standard T hub and flange.
Also looking for a B BB BBR Rajo inlet manifold used originally before the twin carbs. Thanks to Mark Chaffin for this photo.
Any help locating these parts would be appreciated. I have a USA postal address to use.
Thanks
Mark
