It took me a minute, but I figured it out. The two photos of what looks like a Model S Runabout are of two different drivers. I suppose they took turns taking pictures of each other.

I thought it was the same driver but on different days. The face looks the same but he’s turned a different way. Or could they be twins? It appears the car is in the exact same spot though. Herb is probably right though.

Or same exact pic with two different drivers AI inserted, but there are several variations between the two pics besides the drivers, not to mention camera angle.
