Winfield carburetor question

Post by John bevardos » Tue Mar 03, 2020 10:35 pm

Good evening gents, I have a Winfield BB S updraft carburetor. But it turns out the float chamber is for a downdraft, are there any issues with the way the carburetor would run as is? Thanks again, John
Who's still makes these gaskets, I might be in the market for a solid copper one myself.

The float Chambers are specific. The throats can be flipped
