TT shackle Bushings.

Post by Jeepbone1 » Sat Feb 01, 2020 9:39 am

I need to replace the bushings for the rear shackles on my 27 TT. Anyone know where I can find some, what size they are supposed to be or do I need to have them made. I can’t find them in any of the catalogs.

Please and thanks!
Brad

Size: OD 1.00" ID 11/16" OAL 3.00". Best to confirm just to make sure, however.

I got my TT shackle bushings from Bronzebushings.com. Looking through their site I don't see the 3 inch length listed anymore, but I would imagine they would still make them if requested.

Hope this helps,

Rich C.

I would do as Rich says and order bronze bushings by size. A Google search may find more than one source.

Here's one that matches Rich's dimensions: http://asbbearingsonline.com/index.php? ... ts_id=1981

I have no connection to this company and cannot guarantee material spec's, etc, jb
