FOR THOSE THAT HAVE A BAD LEFT LEG,AND FIND IT HARD TO WORK THE CLUTCH PEDAL, I MOVED THE CLUTCH/BRAKE LEVER TO THE OUT SIDE,DON'T SHOW IN THIS PICTURE ,WHAT A PLEASURE NOW TO DRIVE, IT TOOK ALL THE PROBLEM OUT OF WORKING MY STIFF LEG AROUND THAT LEVER.WORTH THE EFFORT,, IN DOING THIS I FOUND TWO OIL HOLES AT THE PIVOT POINTS OF THE CLUTCH SHAFT, AND THEY HAD LITTLE SQUARE BITS OF FELT IN THEM AND NO WAY TO OIL THEM UNLESS YOU TOOK IT APART, [I DRILLED SMALL HOLES SO THEY CAN BE OILED.

There is a little hole in the frame above those felt pads, but it is usually plugged with dirt and rust.

I have to admit,I grow weary of that blame handle gouging under my left knee on my pickup.I am hoping to maby bend it outward a bit or something.
If you can't help em, don't hinder em'

TO BEND IT OR MOVE IT,----- MACK I ASKED THE FOLKS ON THE FORUM HOW TO MOVE THIS LEVER, GOT VERY GOOD ADVICE FROM MANY, SOME TOLD HOW TO BEND IT SO IT STILL WORKS OK, I CHOSE TO MOVE IT AS THERE IS NO DOOR ON MY FORD ,AND IT WOULD BE EASY TO REACH,THERE IS SOME CUTTING INVOLVED SO YOU NEED TO GET ANOTHER LEVER ASSY,COMPLETE WITH MOUNTS, THIS GIVES YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE JOB,I THINK IT TOOK ME ABOUT FOUR HOURS TO COMPLETE, A WELDER IS NEEDED TO EXTEND THE SHAFT, JUST NORMAL TOOLS FOR THE REST OF THE JOB. THIS IS A MODIFYCATION THAT CAN BE PUT BACK NO HARM DONE.
