motometer

Motometer on 1916. Installed and sensor does not reach water. Is it supposed to read water temp or the air in the chamber above the water?

Jon, it isn't supposed to reach the coolant level, you are correct. It reads the air(steam) temp. Dave
1925 mostly original coupe.
