I haven't seen Hap Tucker on here lately is he OK or just too busy to post? His knowledge of Model T's is greatly appreciated.

Perry,

Thanks for asking and for your kind remarks. Lot's of folks have shared many things with me over the years and I enjoy passing along things that have been shared with me. And Thanks to Darel for sending me a note that you had asked.

I'm doing fine. I'm just up to my eyeballs in work and projects. I love the Calvin & Hobbs carton that goes something like:

First Frame: Calvin says to Hobbs, "I know God put me here on this earth for a reason.

Second/last Frame: Calvin says, "And right now I'm so far behind I'll never die!"

Sometimes I feel that way. But I'm thankful to have a job. It helps to pay for the food, a place to stay and a garage for the cars. I've been re-warehousing stuff so I can get to the speedster and do some work on it. Those Model T engine blocks and especially the transmission I moved sure seem heavier than the last time I moved them about 15 years ago.

I'm looking forward to my day job slowing down some. We are in a busy season right now but it tends to cycle up and down so the average is reasonable.

God bless,

Hap l9l5 cut off

Count me as another who is happy to hear from you Hap. Glad to hear that life’s just a bit busy. In some ways that’s the best we can hope for.

Thanks guys for the encouragement! One of the many things I like about our group is we really do care about one another and we are not here just for the cars.

For Dennis -- I was tired last night -- I'm sorry I called you Perry instead of Dennis .... my bad.

I look forward to getting caught up at work and on the "honey-do" list so I can spend more time on my car and on our forum.

Respectfully submitted,

Hap

Those Honey-doo lists are a killer... I know, I was working out a deal for a roadster (one of my dream cars), and got snagged... unfortunately it was my fault (a neighbor's husband died, I gave her a couple hugs, and it started a cascade of domestic un-bliss), then found about 7 things (while in internal exile) that I needed to do...

Good to see you here, Hap, and you take care now!!!
