I am looking fo 3 screw thread sizes for transmision hogs head. Be did cover, starter mounting, and top access cover.

Starter mounting and transmission inspection door screws are both 5/16"-18. In fact, if you have an aluminum cover with worn door threads and you are using a screen filter that fits into the opening, said filter and its two gaskets making original type door bolts in effect too short, starter bolts make an excellent and totally correct appearing substitute.
If you are also looking for the Bendix drive cover screws, they are #14-24.

Caution, you will not find those #14-24 bendix screws at the hardware store, and something close will not work.

I keep a few extra of the special bendix cover screws in my running board tool box just in case I lose one. They're not easily replaceable unless you have a few days to wait to get them from one of the suppliers.
