Cam I.D.

I picked up a spare engine that's had a lot of work done to it. The cam isn't marked that I can see. How do I tell if it's a stock cam or higher performance grind?

Could start by checking the lift. Subtract width at the narrow side from the height (toe to heel). What is that number? Might help posting photos of it too.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:
