Haye wire wheels help

I have 48 spoke 21inch Hayes 1ea111 front wheels
My friend has rear wheels 1eb211. 36 spoke
What year were these made? All information
I have say 1 ea100 is 48spoke and 1ef200 is 36 spoke are model t ford.
