RUSCO non-chatter brake bands

Happy Holidays to All,

I'm looking for some info on these hinged bands. I have a set(?) of 3. All three have demountable ends.
Two are the same, with a single hinge. The single-hinge bands have an extra detachable piece.
The third has two hinges.

I'm trying to learn if I have different models or if the two-hinge band is for a specific drum.
Google provides advertisements for the bands but no specifics on models or instructions.
A Forum search here came up empty.

Does anybody have info on these, or a set in their collection? Thanks in advance. R/ Roger.
