Milt Webb's "Mothballs" list...
...has appeared in many places on the net over the years. I'm guessing that it originally appeared in the VF or the MTT. Is that right? If so, can anybody cite the issue?

Yes, that's it. It's been posted many times in many places, and I'm wondering where it first appeared.

Steve,
I think the original article was in the Vintage Ford.
The copy of the article I have was from Vintage Ford, March-April 2003, Volume 38, Number 2.
This is the original article with good pictures and diagrams.
Milt originally titled it "Tuning a T for Durable Touring" but the Editor renamed it "The Ultimate Checklist".
Here is the link to the PDF of the original article.
