Could this be a lamp bracket for an early car?
To me it appears to be a rough casting without holes.
Any input will be appreciated.

Bronze/brass casting of taillight bracket for a roadster/runabout with out license plate bracket. Wonder if someone was going to add 2ed tail light to one. The T in the number should be a Ford casting number and may not match up to parts number in catalog.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.
