ID Pinion Gear?
Does anyone know what this pinion gear fits? Same size as T but has straight ID with splines. Any idea? Thanks Dan

Re: ID Pinion Gear?
That does not appear to be a pinion gear for a differential as the teeth are not tapered as in a ring and pinion set. The drive shaft end should be a larger diameter as a ring gear has shorter teeth on the outside and taller teeth at the inside diameter. It is possible your gear is from a transmission but not sure.
