Border closing will cause me to miss Hershey for the 1st time in 35 years

Post by Bruce Compton » Thu Sep 30, 2021 12:34 am

Looks like I'm out of luck this year and will miss the world's best auto flea market/car show in 35 years due to the U.S. border still being closed. I really wanted to do some shopping this year as I need a 3.25 or 3.33 gear set for my Ruckstell. If anyone comes across one at a fair price, I would be very very interested. I just can't justify buying a new one from Glen as by the time I get it home to Canada, the cost with taxes etc. will be over $800.00 CDN. I'd be happy with a nice used set, either 12-40 or 12-39. Thanks : Bruce ps; If anyone needs a place to rest, store parts, park a handicap vehicle, put out some chairs, etc., spots GAG 27-28 will be available. Enjoy.

No problem, just fly directly to Mexico and get to the Mexico-US border and walk across into US, there are no restrictions going in that direction. To get back to Canada just have the US fly you home. Of course I am kidding, but it is a crazy time now in the US.

... just fly directly to Mexico and get to the Mexico-US border and walk across into US...

...and be deported to Haiti. :D

Yeah but most aren’t Steve! And more on the way. Pandemonium for sure!
