Wayne's Excellent Adventure
Old World Wisconsin is an open air museum in Eagle, Wisconsin, dedicated to preserving the history of Early Wisconsin settlers. In particular, the museum highlights how early Wisconsin settlers brought their building traditions from the "Old World" to Wisconsin. Normally the museum roads are not open to visitor's vehicles, but during the pandemic they are allowing families to view the museum from their own vehicle on special days. Memorial Day weekend was one of the "special" days. So naturally, we drove our "special" vehicle, along with our Model T buddies Tom & Rebecca.

I've been to Old Sturbridge Village and Lincoln's New Salem, but didn't know about this one. Looks like a place I need to see the next time I'm up that way.
The inevitable often happens.

Well Ed, I know I don't look like a big "city slicker", but technically I do live in the third largest metropolitan area in the U.S.. Although I do live on the "fringe" in more ways than one!
