L4 Question

Post by Oldav8tor » Thu Jul 08, 2021 8:26 pm

My friend and I are rebuilding a brass L4 carburetor. I understand there is a cork that goes under the top screw to act as a bumper for the flapper (per langs catalog) but I've found no mention of it in the MTFCA carburetor book or other articles. Can anyone enlighten me?
