What would be involved in mounting Model A wheels on Model T to replace wood wheels ?

UCK. IMO Model a wheels dont look right on a T. 26-7 wire wheels have a cleaner, neater small hub. Save up for the T wires & hubs.

I know thems is fitin words to those that run em. Sorry MO. That being said, there are venders that sell adapter plates. You would want an extra set of hubs, so you wouldnt destroy a usable set of wood wheels to get em.

Thats a late T anyway.

Adapters listed on ebay
https://www.ebay.com/itm/255054247690
I have been running them with 19" A wheels for 10+ years on a car that sees a lot of rough roads with no issues.
