Output shaft looks turned for ball bearing 4th main. To a guy that needs one $10-20. If its been sand blasted, The grit will never come out of the finger pivots. I wouldnt touch it. Yesterday I bought 4 @ a local swap meet, uncleaned, $5 each. Hope this helps.
