Help with a 1924 coupe windshield
Forum I need some help with the parts needed & placement location of the parts for a 24 coupe windshield. I’m helping a young member get his coupe ready. The bottom & top of the windshield are there but there is nothing keeping the top part of the windshield from swinging back and forth. There are no swing arms at all. The only thing I can really see are very small brackets at the top of the left & right upper corners where I assume the swing arms are pinned. If possible could I get some help on what’s missing and what I need to fix this correctly. Pictures would be great, I don’t know what I need. I also need a detailed picture of the door glass holder that moves up and down on the, for lack of a better word, regulator. The picture below is the type regulator that this coupe has. Thanks in advance, John

Re: Help with a 1924 coupe windshield
Hello
Here are two pics of the windshield hardware that’s on my late 24 Coupe. My car has wooden door frames. Very late 24 Coupes had metal door frames. I don’t know for sure if that made any kind of difference in the windshield hardware or not.
The hardest windshield hardware pieces to find are the two windshield pulls. Or they use to be. The rest may be reproduced but again I’m not for sure. Hope the pics can help.
And the window regulator my 24 has is the no. 7200DX. The window regulators are not being reproduced and are super hard to find.
Good luck!
