Model T tappit VS Ford Y block tappit
Posting this for FYI. T body is 7/16". Y block is 1/2 with a divot in the top for push rod. Foot is the same size. I understand why this conversion is convenient for OHV.

I used the Y-Block tappets in my Model N engine rebuild. Just ground the tops down till the cup was gone.
