In searching for members there is no Don Black but there is a Doug Black in NC.

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

There was a Don Black who owned many Ts who wrote several articles in the Vintage Ford many years back. He was from Mesa, Arizona. He was a member of East Valley Model T Ford Club 2702 West Kiva Ave. Mesa, AZ 85202 Website: evmtfc.com FB https://www.facebook.com/evmtfc/?fref=nf

This Town Car was built by Don Black in the 1980's, and was a display piece at the Towe Ford Museum in Sacramento when I first saw it. In addition to multiple early T projects, Don also built very credible 2 lever, and 1903 Model A replicas. As noted, Don penned multiple articles for the Vintage Ford, and was a known close club associate of late members Walt Rosenthal and Dan Post. MTFCA has a long standing history of acknowledging members who were significant contributors, and this gentleman is certainly among them. Someone here knows this man and I would hope, knows his present today status. Pardon the photo orientation, I don't have the skill or patience to fool with it.
Regards,
Scott
