Marshall Van Winkle Passed away on 3 Feb

Post by Mopar_man » Sat Feb 05, 2022 10:34 pm

Sad news for the Model T world. Marshall Van Winkle passed away on 3 Feb. He owned his model T for many years and it was the most awarded car in the AACA. I knew him when I was stationed in NC. He is one of the reasons I bought a Model T. Between him and working for Lang's one summer got me to finaly get a car. His Model T was the first one I ever drove. I had helped him clean up and old Dodge and told him my payment was for him to take me for a drive in his car. He then told me that I would drive it. That was back in 2006 or so. I would usually talk with him around Christmas and over the last 2 years talking about Getting Rattles Back on the Road.
