Great photo, but I am not sure it is a TT. The fenders, hood louvers and wheels don’t look quite right. Maybe Chevrolet?

Rush to judgment. So hard to see detail, sorry guys. Hood louvres in an embossed panel, maybe International ? Burger helps to fix a later date from the power line, which I agree with. The photo has the look of '50s neglect of that barnyard. Many '20s farm trucks were still in use then.
