I don't know who he is or where he's from. Did an Internet search and just found one. If this is him I can do more searching for you and maybe get a relatives address/phone. Other data says he was a Farmer and received USDA subsides up until 2004

Harriette Mae Finnigsmier, 85, lost her courageous battle with cancer and was welcomed home by her loving Lord and Savior Sunday, September 25, 2016.
She is survived by her husband Dale, of Kenesaw, three daughters, Valerie (Brent) Schirmer of Kenesaw, Sally (Steve) Theesen of St. Joseph, MO and Ann (Mark) Utter of Kenesaw, six grandchildren, Sarah (Christian) Kroos, Tim (Samantha) Schirmer, Melissa (John) Striebel, Rachel Utter, Vincent (Libby) Utter and Ross (Mackenzie) Theesen, six great grandchildren, Bridger, McKinnley, Cooper and Isabelle Kroos and Lottie and Hattie Schirmer,

That is the Dale Finnigsmier, from Kenesaw, that I'm looking for. I think he has at least 3 Model t's.

Found his Son-in-Law's phone and address. Used the Daughters name from the obituary Valerie (Brent) Schirmer of Kenesaw

That should get you in contact with someone. Looking the garage it may have a work shop in it (air conditioner, wood stove pipe through the roof no windows the length of the garage and it is very deep
