HCCA tour???
Question about the HCCA tour in may. It is in Gettysburg this year and the flea market is on Sunday after Luray. That is only about 2 hrs from Luray. Anybody here ever been to it? I am thinking why not? Two pre war swap meets the same weekend! Thanks for any info. Dan

Re: HCCA tour???
I've always really enjoyed the Sunday show and swap meet if the BBC. Always well organized. The swap meet is typically small, but paired with 50 or so brass cars it makes it worth the drive. The tour this year should be pretty awesome too. Lots of good roads down there around Adams County and some great museums and historical sites visited. I plan on being there Sunday at least. Not sure if the tour is filled up yet.
This is the BBC (Beautiful Brass Cars) tour that started in Berks County, moved to Lebanon County, then has been out of Strasburg, PA the last few years. The organizers move it around to keep the scenery fresh.

My interest is that I am going to be at Luray. This swap meet is just two hours away, I am thinking about bringing my parts trailer there after Luray.
Should be a selling point for both meets to publish that there are two Pre War swap meets that are right after each other. One closes on Sat and the other (2 hours away) opens on Sunday.

I'll keep an eye out for you Dan. I hope to display my RPU there with the other tour cars. Due to other obligations I am unable to participate in the tour.Dan Hatch wrote: ↑Wed Mar 23, 2022 9:49 amBack to the top.

Re: HCCA tour???
Thank you Patrick! I was mistaken about the Lebanon county connection. I'll have to email you. I will be stopping by the show and fleamarket on Sunday. I was unable to enter my 15 in the tour itself due to prior commitments the rest of the week, but would bring love to show it on Sunday if the show welcomes entries other than tour participants. Can't wait to see the cars that come out, always a good show!1913buick wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 9:39 amGreetings,
