Number on wood body

I have a 1925 to door sedan there is a number stamped on the wood frame by the drivers door does this have any significance the number is H31752

1st time owner any help would be greatly appreciated I have the wood all done quite the learning curve

Way down in the discussion I see an “H” number like yours. That post says it might identify the manufacturer as Hayes.
