I have two of these, not NOS, but very early take-offs as they appear unused but have "mounting marks" Any idea what year and model ? Thanks : Bruce

Re: Please help to identify this dash
Bruce, on our Canadian sourced cars, the flat dashboards are typical of early 1920's cars. The next step in their evolution was the sloping dash with the formed lower edge, which I believe as introduced in 1923.
Of interest is the fact that Duncan and Fraser used that dash in their colonial bodies, building that Ford part into an otherwise locally built body. This practice continued until the introduction of the 1925 models, which featured a timber dash.

Re: Please help to identify this dash
I was concerned about the punched holes for a dash light and the little extra hole in the top center .

Charley, On our D &F cars that raised centre hole is never used. I thought it had to be for something!
