going to add double wishbone to 15 touring
spring perch to short can not install bottom nut to get cotter pin in ?
do they make a longer one ?

Use drive shaft pinion nuts or turn some off the original ones.

Tom,
Also, on the bottom of the axle where the wishbone and nut will seat, make sure it's flat. Grind a little to make it flat at that spot only and do not go so far as to let the nut properly reach the cotter pin hole. You do NOT want to compromise the strength of the axle. Reduce the height of the nut as suggested before in addition to flattening the bottom of the axle IF it needs flattening.
I'm planning on doing the same as you with this.

Oooo,... I don’t know about that. I did my grinding on the bottom of the later wishbone to enable a ground down perch nut to accept a cotter pin. The end result was a 1/4” bottom later wishbone where it fits to the axle. I did this because I had an original accy bottom wishbone for the earlier perches that was only heavy sheet metal.

Using /adding a late lower model T wishbone? Re countersink the holes to clean up the wear pattern & deepen. Re cut the chamfer shorter on the original, late perch castle nuts.
This is pretty much what I did to mount "hair pin" pair of wishbones to mount to the top & bottom of the axle with the perch thru.
