Did Center doors use any special fenders in the front or the rear either one ?? Specifically 1919 ?

Standard 1917 through 1922 fenders.
1915 c-d sedans used special rear fenders that bolted directly onto the body. Later tudor and fordor sedans as well as 1924 and 1925 coupes also used different rear fenders than did touring cars and runabouts.

Yes on standard 17-22 front fenders and centerdoor rear fenders are like 17-24 touring and roadster rear fenders.
