Third Day Out.
Just got off the phone with Steve.
Mid day he had to replace his RR tire that wore through, back on the road made good time to Springfield I’ll. He’s camped out at a Lowe’s parking lot. Says engine is running a little rough and will be wiping the timer, wiggling some wires and checking the plugs. Tomorrow morning a friend is stopping by with some tires to use as spares. Hopefully they will be serviceable.
He also said he might get online and give a report/checkin tonight. I also reminded him to check the torque on his two carb bolts that we changed yesterday (just incase).
