Tips from the T Kitchen

Post by Been Here Before » Sun Aug 21, 2022 1:12 pm

Had an issue cleaning switch contacts. The usual mechanical method was not doing a sufficient job. The electric Contact Cleaner was not cleaning well.

Resorted to a Q-tip and white vinegar. With a water rinse.

Contacts cleaned up with no scratching or gouging of the metal.

Try a pencil eraser, should polish not scratch.
Craig.
