Just got off the phone with Steve. He had a couple adventures today. First when he got to Chillicothe,Kan his muffler fell apart and after two hours picking up pieces and reassembled . Says he’ll get it welded on his return. He’ll stop by my place tomorrow and I’ll see if we can get it lock nutted if it needs.
Then another few hours down the road and it started to run horribly. He yanked the G carb off and replaced it with an NH he brought for emergencies and car is now running well. He’s camping out in Avilla,Mo tonight on old Route 66 west of Springfield Mo. That’s it for now.

I love my ol model T's but no way I am stout enough for a trip like that in 1.
