Honor all veterans

Post by ModelT46 » Fri Nov 11, 2022 2:13 pm

There are thousands of us, men and women, young and old. We served here and there, in the USA and over seas. I served during the Korean War.I am sure that there are veterans amoungs us Model T persons. Say high to those who you know.

Thanks for your service Darel! My Dad was also a Korean era veteran, though he didn’t actually go to Korea. He was a crew chief on AT-6 advanced training airplanes at Furstenfeldbruk Air Base in Germany.

Yes, thanks thanks, and thanks to all veterans who served so we may enjoy the freedom we have. And prayers to the families of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. God bless all.

I got to Korea too late to participate in the festivities (1965-1966). Thanks to the taxpayers for the all-expenses-paid vacation.

Thank's for the thank's and thank's to you who served. I also did time in Korea (B-26) and twice in Viet Nam and got 2 DFCs. I also flew refuling missions out of Thailand supporting The F-4s out of Nam. It always felt sooo good to get home to the good old USA.
