1913 Cylinder Head
I've been looking for a 1913 cylinder head for quite a while, and found one at Hershey from Don Lang. It doesn't look all that different until you start looking at it real close. This one must have been made right after they stopped using the 1912 design as the made in USA design right under the Ford script is still faintly visible, with the regular Made In USA in the standard location. I'm willing to take photos, but doubt if it would show up well.

Re: 1913 Cylinder Head
Hi Larry,
I too was looking for an 1913 head. I wanted to find one cast early in the calendar year. I was lucky to find one on eBay and it arrived last week. I removed some surface rust before taking these pictures.

Re: 1913 Cylinder Head
In response to Rich's question, here's a photo of the bottom of the head. It could stand to be cleaned up a bit more but it appears to be in good shape.

Re: 1913 Cylinder Head
I have a late 12 head that has the Made in USA under the Ford script imbedded in the head instead of protruding out like later one all had, some one tried fixing a small crack on top with small thread in plugs but still leaks there, I think they used steel plugs instead of cast.

Here’s mine. It has the MADE on one side and IN USA under the Ford Script

I didn't realize until I posted this that my head was cast just 3 days after the one Mike posted.

Re: 1913 Cylinder Head
Is that not a mid-year 1912 head posted by TBird? I am looking for one myself. I was thinking that is what I needed for Summer 1912???

Re: 1913 Cylinder Head
What is the chamber volume? How tall is the head from the gasket face to the machined surface on the bolt bosses?
