Front fender irons
Which is correct for a early 23 ? It is a low steel firewall if it makes a difference.

The rusty and center ones are the later, with light storks that inter change, the other is early that have a left and right light stork.

I would say the rusty one is correct. The black one on the right is round between the frame mounting and the headlight mounting hole, and is correct up to 1913-4. The later ones have the two angled shoulders on the light mounting hole, and the top of the arm at the frame end is flat on top like the rusty one and tapers down under that to the bottom of the frame mounting. The centre one has the two angled shoulders at the light hole, but does not appear to be flat on top at the frame mounting. Perhaps this is just the photo.

As far as using the fender irons from 17-25 the height is the same except for the details. In fact you can use the earlier low cowl fenders on the late high cowl 24-25 cars also. They are a direct interchange except for some detail differences on the fenders. Over time people would get a replacement/s that would fit their cars between 17-25. Nowdays we try to get our T’s correct for the low cowl / high cowl eras more than people use to.
