13 - 15 bulb horn

Post by Craig E. Luton » Thu Feb 23, 2023 10:19 pm

I am told that there is a difference between the 1913, 1914 and 15 bulb horns. Can anyone explain to me just what that difference is? I do know that there is different mounting brackets used on the bulb horns of that era (the cast bracket that bolts the horn to the wood dash); some are oval and others are round in shape. What is correct for 1913 and/or 1914?

Thank you in advance
Craig

This is what I believe, 13 round, 14 oval, 15 oval sort of with scallops.

That round base was used on latter 12 also, if not mistaken.

There is some very good information at the end of this thread:

When did I do that?
