RV Anderson Coils/Box

Post by SurveyKing » Tue May 14, 2019 11:37 am

I know a lot of you know Randall Anderson and the work he does, but for those who may not know, I am posting photos of a 1909 Kingston Coil box with his completely built set of coils he recently completed for me. He would not send them until he was satisfied with the quality, and as you can see, it is first class. The work is impeccable and I highly recommend him to any one.

If you can find a July, 2008 copy of Hemmings Classic Car (#46) there is a great article on R. V and his bother's part-time coils business. I was smitten by the article as I am 2 or 3 times a year when they have something of real interest. He also was able to find a Splitdorf name-tag for my Buick Coil Box. Were he not doing this as a business I'm sure he would show more of his beautiful work here on the forum.
What a pleasure he is so generous with help and information here when he can. I think he must have as much fun as any of us.

I agree with what Rich said above. R.V. does first class work and is also a first class guy. I recommend him highly.
