What we do!

Post by TWrenn » Wed Jun 21, 2023 4:54 pm

We drive, eat picnics, make some stops and always (almost anyway) end up showing the cars to interested, and interesting, people.

Today was no different. Started our tour where we meet up by showing the cars to a lady and her niece who stopped by to see the cars.

Had a usual picnic lunch, more showing to a guy. Next an ice dream stop..spent lots of time showing grandparents & their 13 y.o. granddaughter Isabel and the other cars. She loved Izzy! Answered lots of questions from them. They were vacationing here from N. Carolina.

Lastly, a short stop at a gas station and the manager came bouncing out to take pics! And on top of all that we had a great 48 mile tour!

Sounds like a perfect day Tim!

After the first tour I took my wife on, (actually while we were still dating), she turned to me on the way back home and simply said, "I get it now. I understand why you do this." It was for all the reasons you just cited. Until you do it, you just can't know what it's all about. It ain't just the cars :)
