MTFCA T Tips DVDs

Post by KellyJons » Thu Jul 13, 2023 10:16 pm

On second thought, I think I’m just going to drop this topic because the answers would necessarily have to be so subjective. Sorry for the trouble.

Hi Kelly. ... what would you set as a fair price to purchase one of our club DVDs ? ..... Some of these DVDs have been seen on YouTube..., I'm sure after production costs are paid, the sales profits goes to the support of the MTFCA.

WOW

I just checked and there are dozens and dozens available - I didn't know that

seems like you could invest hundreds of dollars and not get them all

I'd be inclined to buy ONE on a topic of interest and then judge for myself

Mike Bender offers fabulous videos - among the best available anywhere - on his uTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@modelt-tips6985

Kelly

In my view some of them are so-so.

I can tell you the DVD's that Ron Patterson did on coils are excellent and well worth the cost.

Kelly

with this group, asking what color a black T should be painted will elicit subjective responses

If you don't ask, you don't learn - and I think Dave H is pretty spot on with his subjective response ;)
