This is the advertisement in the Vintage magazine, please look it over and make your intentions known. Just came back from Europe, Hungary and drove the tour route and it will be a wonderful trip with your own model T or antique car.

We must secure all hotel locations by December 1st to insure we will all spend the nights in the same hotel and not scattered all over between several hotels. It is not as far away as you may think. Cars must be in the containers and ready to ship by May 1st. Will that give you enough time to make sure everything will function properly for three weeks and or 1000 kilometers of a beautiful tour?

One of the important things about this tour is time. If we don’t secure the hotels we have planned in time, there will be a problem. It is essential if you are considering joining the group, no money required at this time, we would appreciate a shout back.
Hungary has a lot of European tourists every year that plan six months to a year in advance.
The maintenance on your vehicle will have to be done by May before it is placed in the container. There is lots to do and time goes faster than you think.

Sent out a letter to interested parties to remind them about the safety self check sheet items that are going to be filled out for the tour. The importance of the safety check and repair of iffy items is most important before going on a three week and 1000 mile tour.
