Re: The good old days of motoring-Old Photo
I don't know what make. The outfits might be from a foreign country, but the situation is a universal thing.
I've been there a few times and not ready to go back.
Thanks
Rich

It looks German or Austrian... Like a big Mercedes or Austro-Daimler. Personally, based on the Fender design, Windshield and body design, I'm leaning towards Austro-Daimler. Uniforms definitely look like German Army Officers uniforms, WWI era.

Re: The good old days of motoring-Old Photo
Sir, there's a gentleman over here requesting our assistance.
Well, what does he want?
He's right here, Sir and up to his neck in the mud, Sir, and would like to be helped out of it.
How in tarnation did he get there?
He says he drove Sir ... he says there are two horses and a wagon under him...

...I am guessing this is an ongoing problem yet today!?
I’m reading a book about anti-gravity. I just can’t put it down.

Thinking of a T owner in those days and situations it’s a reminder of the hassle of changing out the transmission bands. And when doing it hoping you won’t see severely grooved drums when removing the bands!

Was the gumbo like that the first time you drove on it or is it the result of many people driving across the same patch of road?
