Windshield Stickers

Post by Tbird » Mon Sep 11, 2023 12:37 pm

I'm looking to reproduce a windshield sticker for my 1912 Model T like this one. I made it up on a program. I'm trying to get the dimensions correct and would like to compare it to one someone else may have. Evidently there were different ones. There was also someone who reproduced these back in the 70's? perhaps someone has a reproduction on their car that they could share dimensions/photos for me?
Thanks

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

I applied these two water slide decals on the rear window of my 1926 coupe 40 years ago:

1. “Keep cool with Coolidge”: Calvin Coolidge was President from 1923 to 1929.

2. “Repeal the Volstead Act”: The Volstead Act was a piece of legislation passed by Congress in 1919 supporting the 18th amendment to the Constitution prohibiting alcoholic drinks. It came to be known as “Prohibition”. By 1933 it fell out of favor with the majority of Americans and was repealed.

This original 1932 Chicago sticker was on the windshield of my 1926 Fordor as was the 1954 sticker above it. Jim Patrick
