I have this exact carb on my 2 cylinder 1905 Queen. It’s original equipment for my car. They work exceptionally well if they’re not in anything but excellent condition. Some of the Fords used a version of this carb with slight modifications.
1913 Canadian Touring & 1905 Queen, both cars are 4 generation family owned cars

Thanks
Found a photo of this type carburetor listed as original equipment on a 1903 1904 Ford.

1903-04 Ford is correct. looks like the only thing missing is the inlet elbow.

Is this the elbow you were talking about?
