Power (speed) costs money. How fast do you wan to go.
a few hundred for a head, cam and carb.
Several thousand + if you want to beat the Wild Cherry on the hill climb.
Can't advise without some parameters for what you want.

Fast period correct or economy??
Number one increase the compression.
You can go with hi-dome pistons & a stock low or high head. Or go with stock aluminum pistons & a high compression head.
I highly recommend a Prus & do not recommend a Z head.
Cam: Stipe 280 super or Montana cam. Neither need advancing.
Model A manifolds & carb. Fuel pump or lower the carb.
P.S. a good distributor, Bosch front plate preferred.

As stated; how fast do you want to go. How capable are you. Also keep in mind that good brakes and handling are important. I’ve gone 100 mph!!

The real question for driving a Model T is how quickly do you want to stop. Once you have figured out how to achieve that stopping distance you can work on your engine performance, if necessary, to match it.

I think to move the block forward.
I bought the back spacer that takes the vw oil pump and the bigger oil sump for more oil volume.
I live in South Africa / Cape Town - Wellington and baying parts for the Model T is a bid challenge.
The knowledge here by us to install a Model A crank in a Model T block is not available

You need heavier main bearing caps
With A rods you need special pistons. Some people have cut and welded the bottom of the A rods to the top of the T rods and then used ordinary T pistons
At the front of the A crank I’ve used a “Speedi Sleeve” to cover part of the front key so the packing will work there
