Attempting to figure out metric tube sizes - 760 x 90 is 24" (30x3) - didn't locate the 23" (30 x 3.5) on the web site. What stem hardware is available ?

Steve,
I bought and mounted the Blockley 760x90 inner tubes on 30x3 clincher wheels and they worked fine. For the 30x3-1/2" tubes, they're on the Blockley website as 30x3.5 inner tubes.

Hope this helps...
The stem hardware from the vendors works fine.

I'd like to buy a tube from them, but the owner refuses to sell tubes with a rubber stem I can cut off. Ford NEVER used the metal valve stems they are supplying. If you want to throw your wheels out of balance, their tubes are a good start!

I mounted 30x3 1/2 Blockley tires and tubes on buffalo wheels. They took about 2.5-3.0 oz of weight to balance. Yes the stem was on the heavy side. This was still less than I used on universals on the same wheels and quite a bit less than wards riversides.

No need for a metric converted, simply call or email Blockley and the wonderful staff will do the translations for you. Been there, done that, excellent results!
