I heard from a friend of a friend that it will return to Bakersfield fairgrounds in 2024. Time will tell but, time is ticking away.

From a reliable source:
We will have a swap meet at a new location at Famoso Raceway. Move in and swap on Friday, May 3rd and swap on Saturday and possibly Sunday. Bill Bennett is organizing the effort. There will also be Swap-O-Rama in conjunction with the pre-war swap meet. I have hear it called the "New bakersfield Swap Meet".
