need measurements for the holes in the windshield channels for a 1914

Post by Craig E. Luton » Thu Jan 11, 2024 7:30 pm

I need measurements for the holes in the windshield channels for a 1914 Ford roadster. I purchased a new windshield frame and it came without the holes drilled for the hinges. The pictured frame is not Ford, I don’t know what it is but it shows just what I am looking for. I need the measurement from the bottom of the frame to the center of the lower hole. Thank you in advance, Craig

Does anyone out there have a 13 or 14 windshield frame that they could measure from the center of the bottom hole to the bottom of the frame and give me the measurement? Craig

Craig , I measured 4 1914 and two 1913 windshields and the measurement on all the 14s and one 13 is 1 1/2 inches. the other 13 is 1 3/4 inches.
the difference in the 13s undoubtedly must be due to the fact that there was 3 different brands of windshields for 1913
