Old Photo - T in Yellowstone
I have always liked this photo my father took in 1934 I'm guessing. My first T was a '25 touring like this and we loaded it with camping gear a few times. The White bus next to it is a Model 15-45 like the one I have. Venturing to the park from Ogden, UT would have certainly been an adventure. The inner tube(s) dragging the ground worries me.
When did I do that?

What a great photo from a different era. Certainly would have been an adventure. From the looks of the bus drivers posture he is looking at something. Probably his passengers feeding the bears
. Today you would not be allowed to camp with that gear in most areas of the park, if any.

Today, that inner tube would be nice to have just to get the proper valve stem from it.

Looking at this design, we can see the improvement in upgrading the device in the future.
Thanks "batteryhowl". We can clearly see here, the nascent beginnings of function specific design, with maximization of parameters as the ultimate goal.
