Contact Me?

Post by Steve Jelf » Thu Feb 29, 2024 1:26 pm

My cousin told me this morning that somebody "from the Model T club" was trying to contact me. Unfortunately he didn't remember who or when. To make it even better, my email password has quit working and I'm giving up for now after multiple failed attempts to establish a new one.You can try jelf1@cox.net, but at this point I may or may not ever receive your message. You may try to send me a message through this forum, or try calling (3 won sicks) 77 too - seven fore too won. The older I get, the more I despise passwords and all they represent. But I have things to do. Don't get me started.

Couldn't agree with you more about having to change passwords. Then must write down the last one and discard all others or will make a mistake again. Welcome back to the forum. Hope you get a T running so you can enjoy driving. Spring is around the corner so soon the touring will start again. We still do some here but this winter it has rained some just about every week. And snowed on the mountains, But you know about our southern California weather. Many years ago my mother, grandmother and I rode the PE railroad from Subway Terminal in Los Angeles to Long Beach to visit someone near Bisby Park. Dad came later to pick us up after he got off work. It must have been around 1940 because my sister hadn't been born yet. I always wanted a Model T and finally got one when I was in my 50's. Now I have 3.

I have a simple fix for the password problem, I just use my SSN number and my bank account numbers, This way I never forget :D Ha Ha
As Tom Sellick told Marston in the movie Quigley Down Under, I told you I dont have much use for handguns, I never said I didn't know how to use them!

Norm, not only has it been rainy, but also colder than here. While this part off Kansas was up to 70º+, Lomita was in the low sixties. That didn't stop me from putting on my coat and going for a walk.

I got a small binder and years ago started writing them down. Name of the site ID and password. Security question answers, the works. I cannot count the number of times it’s pulled me out of brain fog. Start now it’s not too late.

Welcome back!

Steve, you might be able to reset the password if you have two step authentication with your phone.

Great to see you back on the forum Steve! Have been watching for when you'd appear back here again, conversing with all your "T" friends. I know what you mean about passwords,...what a pain, huh? Nice for you that it's almost back to Spring; good time to be back "easing into things", huh? Again, welcome back,.....harold
